Small Claims Fixed Fee Mediation

Perfect for disputes valued up to £50,000

 

Our Small Claims scheme offers straightforward pricing for civil disputes, making professional mediation accessible for individuals and businesses facing financial disagreements.

Fee Structure:

  • Joint Clarity Session (3 hours including preparation): £390 excl. VAT

  • Half Day (up to 5 hours): £325 + VAT per party

  • Full Day (up to 10 hours): £650 + VAT per party

  • Guaranteed Hourly Rate: £65 + VAT per party

 

Suitable for: Contract disputes, debt recovery, consumer complaints, property disagreements

Micro Business Fixed Fee Mediation

Designed for small businesses with 1-50 employees

Tailored specifically for micro businesses, this scheme addresses workplace conflicts and commercial disputes efficiently and affordably.

Fee Structure:

  • Joint Clarity Session (3 hours including preparation): £330 excl. VAT

  • Half Day (up to 5 hours, includes 1 hour preparation): £550 excl. VAT

  • Full Day (up to 10 hours, includes 2 hours preparation): £1,050 excl. VAT

  • Guaranteed Hourly Rate: £55 excl. VAT per party
