The Junior Mediator Model
Co-mediation is the model we use. We work with senior practitioners to mentor, coach, and oversee cases handled by junior mediators. You'll need to accept instructions that will be delivered on a co-mediation basis, and we will pay a small amount per instruction while you build experience and credibility with us.
The Application Process

2. Professional Review
Our panel assessment team reviews your application, qualifications, and professional references.
3. Interview Process
