An accredited civil and commercial mediator and Legal Executive Advocate, he has worked in private practice, local government and industry, including senior legal and leadership roles. He is also Director of Essat Law Limited and serves on the Civil Mediation Council’s Complaints and Disciplinary Committee. Faizal is well suited to complex or sensitive disputes where legal positions are only part of the picture; he helps parties examine commercial realities, organisational priorities and the interests that could open a route to agreement.
